When you’re invited to join a Brand Space in Brandy, you’ll receive a personalized email with a secure link. Here’s how to ensure you receive the invite, avoid common email issues, and successfully join your team or client workspace.
Step 1: Look for the Invite Email
Invitations are sent from:
- Sender: Ryan from Brandy
- Email:
ryan@hey.brandyhq.com - Subject Line: Brandy-Invitation
The email will look like this:
Hi there,
You are invited to collaborate on [Brand Space Name].
You can start editing the styleguide easily by clicking the button below.
Step 2: If the invite doesn’t arrive in your inbox:
- Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
- If you’re using Microsoft Outlook or 365, check the Quarantine area — invites sometimes get flagged there.
✅ Once found, mark it as “Not Junk” or “Safe” to avoid future delivery issues.
Step 3: Confirm the Correct Email Was Used
- Double-check with the person who invited you to ensure they entered the correct email.
- If not, they’ll need to remove the previous invite and resend it using the correct address.
Step 4: Accept the Invite
- Open the email and click the Play with Brandy button.
- You’ll be taken to Brandy to sign in or create your account.
- After logging in, you’ll be added to the Brand Space with your assigned permissions.
