Brandy allows you to create and maintain an organized, professional color palette directly within your Brand Space. Whether you’re updating color codes, changing display formats, or adding new colors, managing your brand’s identity has never been easier.
Follow the steps below to edit and manage colors in Brandy.
Step 1: Open the Color Editor
To begin editing your color palette:
- Go to the Color section in your Brand Space.
- Click the edit icon located next to the asset name.
- This opens the Color Editor, where all customization options are available.

Step 2: Choose a Color Format
Under the Customize Palette section, you can choose the format in which your colors are displayed:
- HEX
- HEX8
- RGB
- HSL
- CMYK
Selecting the correct format ensures your palette meets both digital and print requirements.
Step 3: Edit Color Names and Codes
Below the format settings, you can:
- Rename any color
- Edit the color code
- Toggle visibility of color names and codes
- Sort colors using arrow icons
- Delete colors no longer in use
This makes your palette cleaner and easier to understand for your team and collaborators.
Step 4: Add New Colors
To add a new color to your palette:
- Click the + Add Color button located just below the color panel.
- Pick your desired color, assign a name, and select the format.
- The new color will be added instantly to your palette.
